La mujer que tomó la última fotografía del hombre que murió tras ser atacado por el tigre Altai en Yorkshire Wildlife Park, Inglaterra, relató cómo fueron los momentos previos a la tragedia. De acuerdo con el testimonio de la mujer, el joven se acercó a ella y a su pareja para pedirles que le tomaran fotografías con el tigre siberiano de cinco años al fondo: “¿Puedes sacarme una foto con el tigre?”, les preguntó, a lo que la mujer accedió y utilizó el celular de la víctima para capturar varias imágenes; según recordó, el hombre sonreía y le pedía que tomara más fotografías. Antes de retirarse, le agradeció por el favor.
